Cadbury and his mom were surrendered because it was cheaper than feeding and vetting them. Cadbury is a sweet boy and is going to big big too! He loves dogs and needs lots of trips out and about to get used to being without his mama and litter mates. He is crate trained and working on house manners and the basics.
