Tugger started out his rescue life after his owner stopped for a snack at a truck stop ad left him behind. Thanks to the quick action of some folks this handsome boy got to safety. His owners never looked back and either has Tug.  He is a super handsome block headed boy who loves to play, snuggle, and rides likes a trooper in the car.
